Kris Rydberg

Chief Operating Officer

Kris brings almost 30 years of global strategy and operations experience in roles as CEO, COO, and Chief Strategist. With a contagious passion for leading teams focused in new innovation startups, scaling growth, and turnarounds, he has demonstrated executive servant leadership across multiple industries, technology domains, organizational sizes, and business models.

Recently as VP Service Operations at Savigent, an IIoT platform company with customers such as 3M, Cargill and Seagate, Kris led solution implementation, support, and training, enabling 25% yoy revenue growth and substantial margin improvement, levering hyper-scaling staff (both FTE & partners) and driving best-practice operations to support hundreds of production sites globally. Previously as the CEO of Oracle's second largest hospitality solution partner, with thousands of US customer sites, Kris assumed three retiring executives responsibilities and drove a significant turnaround leading growth (organic & M&A) and execution efforts, resulting in significant EBITDA and share price improvements.

While at Schneider Electric, Kris co-led the growth strategy effort for four multi-billion dollar vertical segments, targeting a double-digit CAGR ambition leveraging R&D, M&A, partnerships, corporate venturing, and IP management, matrixed across multiple key countries. As part of the executive team at an edge computing company, Kris managed solution integration and partner relations with the autonomous vehicle teams during the DARPA Grand Challenge. Additionally, he has been the Owner and Managing Director of Lighthouse Group, his technology management consulting company for over 20 years.

Kris has a BA from Bethel University and a MBA from Syracuse University. He has two US patents focused on IIoT and edge computing.

As a husband for 28 years and father of an extensive family, he enjoys spending time with them, Crossfitting, waterskiing, reading, motorcycle rides, and home remodeling & landscaping projects.
