Operations Supervisor

Robert leads the shop level efforts at Terradepth. He works hand in hand with the engineering team to determine needs and works to meet them in a timely manner. In addition, Robert manages the comprehensive safety program for Terradepth and is continuously working to maintain safety requirements while ensuring the working environment is not slowed down by unnecessary bureaucracy.

Robert brings 20 years of experience from the US Navy Nuclear program to Terradepth. He deployed six times on three different ships covering much of the globe. During his time in the Navy, he led teams ranging in size from 10 to 75. He was responsible for the preventive and corrective maintenance plans of all the electrical systems associated with a nuclear reactor on board a Nimitz Class aircraft carrier. Since transitioning out of the Navy, Robert has worked in several different industries and in various types of roles. He brings experience as a Maintenance Manager and an Environmental, Health, and Safety Manager for an aerospace manufacturer as well as a Regional Service Manager for an uninterruptible power supply manufacturer. Robert excels in working with diverse, mission-critical teams to complete tasks.

Robert holds a Bachelor of Applied Science and Technology from Thomas Edison State University and an MBA from Louisiana State University Shreveport.
